Great location right next to Kure station. This is a convenient place to stay while traveling around Kure and Hiroshima. The rooms were clean and comfortable and met our expectations. There were several restaurants on site, including a bistro and a cafe on the first floor. I know they have a beer garden on the roof, but I'm not sure when it's open.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, you choose from either American or Japanese and they serve several courses. Location is great with the train station right across the street.

On arrival we were meet by delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Second night the staff changed and so did the atmosphere. It was all very serious and cold, including the water the following morning. Lights in bathroom were inadequate. When I told manager he just wrote it down, no apology for our cold showers. Apart from that it was very good.

staffs heartly treatment. 1. when i forgot something, their follow up was excellent 2.when I got harmed by hot water midnight, staff took quick action to help me.

Very comfortable bedroom and high quality bed and pillows. Food served at breakfast and barbeque dinner was excellent.

Everything was exceptional. Staff, location, cleanliness of room, breakfast - all very good. Special requests were no problem for staff

Very close to train station. My room and bathroom were spacious, very comfortable.

Very well located, near train and bus stations, with taxis available as well. Also, it is close proximity to restaurants.
